1100 Architect is a New York-based firm founded in 1983, recognized for its design of the MoMA Design Store in SoHo and its renovation of the Little Red School House. The firm leased 12,000 square feet on the 10th Floor of this spectacular loft building with 14ft ceilings, acquiring neighbors such as Ian Schrager Hotels, Donna Karan Home, and the architectural firms of Richard Meier & Partners, and Gwathmy Seigel & Associates.
