Rex

160 Varick Street
Hudson Square

REX is the high-profile architectural firm, Ramus Ella Architects, which was formerly the New York division of the Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA), co-partnered by Rem Koolhaas. The 8,568-square-foot corner space faces southwest, and has great sunset views. The landlord, Trinity Church, in addition to providing the HVAC unit, provided a cash contribution towards the tenant’s build-out – a rare lease term for Downtown lofts.
