AHRC NYC Relocates to Lower East Side

Non-Profit Inks 16,000-SF Office Lease in Residential Bldg

AHRC NYC, a chapter of Arc New York, has relocated to the Lower East Side, signing a lease for 15,820 square feet on two floors in the Blue Condo Building at 101 Norfolk St. in New York City.

The new lease will provide the non-profit with its own dedicated entrance, lobby and elevator in the 16-story, 50,563-square-foot residential condominium building. The property features street-level retail below AHRC’s new space and 32 residences above it.
