Playground Firm Sets Facility in TriBeCa

Sydney’s Playground Inc. has signed a 10-year lease for 4,000 square feet of ground-floor space at 64-66 White St. in TriBeca, which will become the new company’s first indoor facility for children. Sinvin Realty Corp. represented both the tenant and the landlord, Blumberg Properties, in the transaction. The asking rent was $45 per square foot. Sydney’s plans to open location in May.
