Sinvin Brings Paris Review to White Street

April 27, 2005

The Paris Review, the literary journal founded by the late George Plimpton, is quadrupling its space in a move to 60 White Street.     The five-year deal for 2,342 feet had an asking rent of $26 a foot.

The publication recently named author and The New Yorker’s staff writer Philip Gorevitch as its new editor and the plan is to head south from 541 E. 72nd Street next week.

Roxanne Betesh of Sinvin acted as broker for both sides.
