As Balmain and creative director Olivier Rousteing are bringing new life to French Couture, the fashion house looked to make a statement with its first North American flagship. Sinvin leased Balmain the 2,600 square-foot space at 100 Wooster, solidifying Wooster Street as a premier retail destination. Balmain's Soho store opened in the Spring of 2016 and quickly gained attention from the Balmain Army and New Yorkers alike.
