Sinvin guided eponymous fashion house Christian Dior to 103 Greene Street for its SoHo flagship, just one block south of the brand’s Dior Homme boutique at 133 Greene Street. Due to the brand’s prestige and the market being at its height, there were only a handful of places that were deemed suitable for a store of this caliber. 103 Greene was a natural choice, as it is a perfectly restored example of cast iron architecture with prime frontage, located on SoHo’s premier block for luxury fashion. 103 Greene’s 5,400 square feet will house the brand’s elegant, iconic women’s ready-to-wear collection and is slated to open in fall 2014.
