Since 2016, Lior Mei-Tal has been a part of the Sinvin team, working with both landlords and tenants on retail and office leasing.
Being a native Hebrew speaker and having lived in Israel for a few years, Lior was inspired to begin a career in commercial real estate to serve as a liason to international brands entering the U.S. retail market.
She has since expanded her expertise to include both local and international restaurants, fitness, beauty, fashion and design brands. Lior has represented tenants such as Temi, an Israeli consumer- robotics company, in moving from a shared space to its first office lease in New York, David Bouley for his Test Kitchen at 31 West 21st Street, de Vera in its relocation to 540 West 28th Street and London’s celebrity facialist, Teresa Tarmey, in opening her first U.S. location at 177 Duane Street.
Additionally, she has assisted in the representation of a number landlords in leasing their spaces to high- profile tenants such as Anita Dongre, Fabrique Bakery, Kataoka Jewelry and Citibank.
Lior has a B.A. from the University of Maryland in Communication and an M.S. from New York University in Organizational Behavior.
